Makan Night 2015

The highlight of UMSA's event in the first semester is Makan Night, hands down.
Rindu kampung halaman di perantauan
When familiar faces were spotted and new friends were made, homesick blues begone!

Guests were treated to a galore of Malaysian delicacies, including satay, nasi lemak, roti canai and apam balik, accompanied by various cultural performances presented by our very talented UMSA members.

Many thanks to everyone who has attended Makan Night, including our sponsors who have made the event a huge success. Stay tuned to UMSA's Facebook page for updates on second semester activities.
Till then, enjoy your well-deserved winter break!

So great to see many of you!!!
Hosts of the night!
Lion Dance to welcome the guests. Also drowns out rumbling hungry tummies. :P
That moment when food is finally served!

From joget (traditional Malay dance) to hip hop, Indian dance to singing, a mix of traditional and modern cultural performances were great accompaniment to the delicious Malaysian dishes served.

Throughout the evening, various prizes were also awarded to winners for the lucky draw and UMSA's Instagram competition.
